We want to make your time at Confederation College memorable! Please be sure to complete all the information below to apply for the Spruce & Cedar Student Apartments. Once you have completed and submitted your application, please mail your $300.00 deposit to: Confederation College Residence 960 William Street Thunder Bay, ON P7C 4W1 Acceptable forms of payment are certified cheque, money order or bank draft. Please make them payable to "Campus Development Corp" and include the applicant’s full name in the memo section of the cheque. Applications will be processed upon receipt of deposit payment. Applications are accepted at anytime and are processed on a first-come first-served basis. Therefore be sure to apply early. NOTE: Submission of application and deposit does not guarantee a bed in the Spruce & Cedar Student Apartments. A copy of your application will be sent to you via email. Please keep and print your application receipt for your reference. The email will be sent from applications@confederationrez.ca. End Section 6. Freedom of Information This collection of personal information is authorized by section 2(2) of the Ontario Colleges of Applied Arts and Technology Act. The principal purpose of the collection is to administer this Application and payment or contractual obligations arising under this Application. It is also to be used for administrative and statistical purposes of the college and/or the ministries and agencies of the Government of Ontario and the Government of Canada. End Section 7. Deposit Payment Information A deposit of $300.00 is required. Once you move into the Spruce & Cedar Student Apartments it becomes a damage deposit. It will be returned to you less any charges owing after you move-out of the student apartments. Please note the $300.00 is not included in your student apartment fees. End Section 8. Cancellation Policy Full cancellation policy is available online at confederationresidence.ca If you wish to cancel your application you must notify the General Manager in writing by mail or e-mail. Please note that the student apartments operates independently from the Institution and if you cancel your application or enrolment at the Institution, you will also need to cancel your student apartment application. In this circumstance you must still notify the General Manager in writing. Once you have completed this application and it has been received by the General Manager, you are bound by the termination and cancellation policy published online and within the Student Residence Agreement.
