Spruce & Cedar – Fees & Payments

The following fees are in place for the Academic Year 2023-2024. Rates apply to full-time students enrolled at Confederation College.

Residence for 12-month leases (September to August) include:

• Fully furnished unit
• Utilities included (Internet, gas, water, and hydro)
• Ready for cable television hook-up (cable utilities not included)
• Rates apply to full-time students enrolled at Confederation College
• Students can apply for Residence before they are accepted into their program

*please note there are no 8-month lease options

After you choose the payment method, you can now log on to your housing portal and complete the next steps.

Our accepted payment methods are:

• Online through your housing portal by making payment under payment option available under “Accounts” tab. From there, you can make payment securely and review your account balance conveniently.
• via certified cheques (for Spruce and Cedar Apartments please make cheques out to Campus Development Corp – Confederation) you can courier the cheques to Sibley Hall Residence, 960 William Street PO BOX 10634 Thunder Bay, ON P7B 6V1, Canada).
• We also accept credit cards in person
• e-transfers (info@confederationresidence.ca)
• Wire/bank transfers. (Email info@confederationresidence.ca for more details)
