The following fees are in place for the Academic Year 2026-2027. Rates apply to full-time students enrolled at Confederation College.
Residence for 12-month leases (September to August) include:
- Fully furnished unit
- Utilities included (Internet, gas, water, and hydro)
- Ready for cable television hook-up (cable utilities not included)

- Students can apply for Residence before they are accepted into their program

After you choose the payment method, you can now log on to your housing portal and complete the next steps.
Our accepted payment methods are:
- Online through your housing portal by making payment under payment option available under “Accounts” tab. From there, you can make payment securely and review your account balance conveniently.
- via certified cheques (for Spruce and Cedar Apartments please make cheques out to Campus Development Corp – Confederation) you can courier the cheques to Sibley Hall Residence, 960 William Street PO BOX 10634 Thunder Bay, ON P7B 6V1, Canada).
- We also accept credit cards in person
- E-transfer: you may send the payment to: confedjvpayments@confederationresidence.ca . Please make sure to include your name and student ID in any transfers you send to us.
